Managed Logics....sales call about refiance. I listenend to the msg (automated of course) pressed the right button when told too & this man answers and ask how he could help me?!?...HUH?!? "You called me" I exclaimed..as to which he replies..."you dialed the wrong number." & QUICKLY hung up on me. How Rude!

Just received a call and caller hung up on me..

I clicked on the link to file a complaint with FCC but it states that the number doesn't match the name Managed Logics. I have called to file to the complaint. let's put these morons out of business.

Yeah, me and a buddy got the call from that number around the same time, said it was Midvale UT

I get calls from this number all the time. I never answer-don't want to waste my minutes on an unknown caller

called for the first time today and they left no message. Caller ID showed 'West Jordan UT'...Haven't a clue who that is?!

Just received a call from this # and of course it was an automated system telling me about the so called package that Obama has put together about the 7% & the Adjustable Rate on my mortgage it I was interested please hit 1 or 2 to be taken off.. I chose 1 just to see what would happen, and this man gets on the phone & as soon as I started to talk he hung up on me. How rude & what a scam this is.. Something needs to happen with these callers as this is never ending, and I am on the Do Not Call List so much for that working. Why is it that we get harassed all the time by these frauds & nothing ever happens to them. If anyone ever gets receives a call from this # the best thing to do is report it as all the above have, and those that I feel so sorry for are our elderly that fall victim of these people. Dear God when will it ever stop with these people in my eyes being a big FRAUDULENT company,..Something needs to happen ASAP

They called saying they would refinance at a lower rate. I don't have one. They are a scam.

recieved a similar scam the next day from wireless calller 210-284-6521 -claiming to be from MY credit card company -but they didn't know which one - definately a scam

DNC and FCC are a joke and these parasites know it. Nothing's enforced. These folks called my business and personal cell phones just minutes apart. Phone jockeys do it every day. Of course I don't answer; it's pointless: I have nothing they can use. No credit cards, no loans, no property, no debt, no outstanding balances even from years back, and no brain injury to exploit. I don't use credit cards. I live on a cash basis - if I don't have cash to cover it then I don't need it. Simple. There's precious little anyone really needs, and these jokers don't offer it anyway. Free food and shelter? A sunny day? Unconditional love? Self respect? No, you don't offer/have any of that? Sorry, not interested.

I never answer these calls, just save 'em all as "don't answer".

Telemarketers just shoot themselves in the foot and lose money calling me and others like me. They're fools repeatedly wasting their time on a dead end. Let 'em. Maybe it'll save some sucker somewhere else who would fall for their line. Ha! I'm performing a public service!

801 846 6470 - it is a refinance company.  I pressed 1 for a sales representative.  They hung up when I asked what company they represented. I am on the do not call list and this was unsolicited.

Called Thursday 02/10/2011 at 11:22 a.m.  I was sleeping from working the overnight and don't remember stumbling up to answer but my cell phone says I did and was on the line for 2 seconds.  There wasn't a message left or a call back.  I must have answered, heard the automated crap like everyone else on this page and then hung up like I always do when I get a call like that.  I didn't notice the call until around 8 hours later, which I waited to google the number and make sure it wasn't a creditor before I called it back.Who is curious (or ignorant) enough to hold or wait for them to try to sell you garbage you don't need (and promptly overpay for whatever service is offered if any). All it did is make me think I was getting a call from a creditor or an S.O.S from some old friend trapped in Utah, thank the lord it was only some idiot company not following the rules of the do not call list.  I'd hate to think anyone was trapped in Utah.
P.S.  It was a fax machine number or they were trying to send a fax to a number similar to mine.  And to those putting your number on here thinking they will take it off, it probably won't happen, so another good idea would be to not post your phone number on a random page giving access to any able minded reader.

This is coming from an automated dialer.  They did not give me their company name.  or who they are which is required by the FCC during the initial call.  They called my cell phone number which I have put on the do not called list.

Illegal called
1 automated machine redial call to cell phone. Illegal.
2 automated call to the do not call registry. Illegal.
3 automated call to an cellular unpublished number that has been registered in the FCC database for years.  Illegal.
4 they say press one or press two both choices are choosing of the two evil.  they DO NOT REMOVE your phone number in the end. Illegal.
5 they do not identify who their company are at the start illegal and posses as a government mortgage refinance. Illegal.
6 I do not own a home, which they said I own a home.  Tells me they are scam artist trying to con people.
7 they are not part of the government.  government do not solicit through e-mail, text, or phone calls. these calls pose as government solicitor.  Illegal.

I track how they got our info.

The took your name and info from the 3 major credit card reporting company which sell your phone number such as home phone and cell phone. Which has your address, who you are, your social security number, etc. How much you currently make. Who your wife or husband and your household info.


Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

I do not work for these 3 company.  I found out that they are the one who sell it to this unethical organization by tracking down the paper trail.

If you are looking to stop them, contact these 3 major credit card company which sell your info.   And stop them from giving your private information everyone who you do not want to do business with.

If you want to let these three company to keep on selling your personal information.  And it is fine with you.  Than that is cool.  

However if you do not want them to sell more information to this company then contact these 3 company and tell them to stop doing that and write them letter and keep a paper trail.

These 3 company sell private info to a third person to make profit.

That is where this unethical company is getting your phone number from.  

This organization wanted your money and could care less about how they get it from you.

They love to annoy you.  Why not pay them back and stop your information from getting to them.

Remember, they will not follow the FCC rules.  And they pose as a government agency to take your money.  (which they are not a part of any government)
