PLease STOP calling me. If you call me again this will be torned over to the sheriff's department

I started receiving calls from 1-801-847-7899 this morning.  They called me repeatedly, even though I told them the first call I had not given them my phone number and wanted to be taken off their call list.  Something about higher education, even though I have an AA degree and multiple IT certificates.  I eventually downloaded an app from the Android marketplace which creates a blacklist, answers the call and hangs up less than a second later.

After installing the app, I received another two calls from them within an hour, both of which never even made my phone ring.

Left one message about how I was interested in futher education.  they called 4 x's in one day  I screamed into the phone for them to quit calling here and the next day guess what?  Thats right the people whom I asked to  not call here anymore
