Lots of numbers that start with 801-855 have been calling me and when I call back they answer hello this is bla bla bla (I can't remember) how can I help you.when they call me and I answer they don't talk at all they are quiet for 11 seconds and then hang up.

It's a debt collector.

Consumer debt in America is never, never, ever, whatever a criminal matter. That includes payday loans, which are *LOANS* and not "hot checks". So yes, you heard vile lies and abuse which violate state and federal laws. You have an easy cause of action to bleed these thugs in court, if you can find them. Verbal demands are worthless on a collection agency like the one described here, which relies on zero debt proof and plenty of illegal bullying. If you have a USPS address for these goons you can force them to quit or get sued. If instead they're South Asian fakers you may have to turn to more techie solutions to defend your phone numbers.

debt collectors have been calling my cell for over 10 years looking for Teresa Aguilar.   i have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number, i report them, the calls stop for a while and then start up again,  someone at 801 855-5777 called on march 05, 2013 9:33 am i explained they had the wrong number, they assured me they would remove my number and not call again, they lied, they have been calling again using blocked telephone numbers, i have been very frustrated with them and they keep calling back

i think they r scames this alexander pual called me would not give me info of the check i worte to this payday loan so we will see what happends o yea the frist number they call was 1 855-599-9500 the next number they call was 801-855-5777

Harassing me wanting money said I am going to go to jail this and that on bad check payday loan.  Said they are global management law firm.  I think its a fraud I am already garnished I have alot of kids.  They can wait in line but I think it's a fraud and I can't take their harassment anymore!!!!!!!!  Plus, I think its against the law for them to say all that and treat me this way.  If someone can help me on this call [phone number removed]Thanks Josh

I WAS CONTACTED BY A MICHELLECOLLINS IN REFERENCE  TO A PAYMENT THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID ON A PAYDAYLOAN  THEY HAVE BEEN BOTHERING ME NOW FOR 7MOS ON THIS !!SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME TO COURT OVER THIS AND SHE ALSO STATED THAT SHE HAD ME ON TAPE .BUT IT HAS BEEN OVER THE 72HR LIMIT THAT THEY HAVE  IF I AM AT DEFAULT ON THIS!!!SO I AM GOING TO GO AND FILE A MOTION ON TUESDAY TO VACATE THIS BECAUSE THERE WASNT NO SUBPEONA SERVED TO ME FROM THE COURT SINCETHEY HAVEBEEN BOTHERING ME AND HARASSING ME OK TEF!!!
