I juest received an ebay transaction from this same group of people that stemmed from a motorcycle on Craigslist in Seattle. I had a feeling it was a scam. I received several emails including one from motors.checkout.vpp@msn.com; on behalf of; eBay motors [ebay@motors-financial-department.com] with the payment info for Western Union..

I will forward this info on to the authorities.

Party, Stewart Nicholson, claims to ba a 'certified agent' of eBay.  You send him money via Western Union 'Money in Minutes' and he arranges shipment of product.  It doesn't ship until you pay and additional 'insurance' fee (I was quoted $1500 on a $2800 item).

The alledged seller was Lisa K Kirkland, 10455 Boyd St, Omaha, NE, 68134.  She and Kenneth exist as confirmed by phone and property records.  Steward Nicholson claims to be at 4410 Bankers Cir Ste A, Atlanta, GA, 30360.  No phone or property records confirm him in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA.

If you have any contact with him, notify local law enforcement ASAP.  Since this is an interstate crime, you may wish to also contact your local FBI field office.
