These people have called my cell number 5 times today and I too do not answer calls from numbers not in my contact list.  I have never used my cell number for any application or business reason and the only people who have this number are close family and friends.  This is annoying.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't have in contact list, if they don't leave a message I know it is not important.  This number called while I was at work yesterday and again this today at 8:15 AM.

What a waste of time....  Gave me a recording to call back or a file will be escalated to the next level.  

What....?  I have never heard of any attorney or agency legally calling a work number and leaving such a recording on my phone mail.  I have no idea what they are talking about.  I am reporting the numbers given to the FTC as fraudulent practices.
