Called, I said hello, no answer

The same person keeps calling me. 801 is a Utah area code, and I'm in Springville, and every time I send a text it says Error.

I want know who this is calling me they have been callin for three weeks now and I answer every time I say hello and then it just beeps and then it diconects and I call back and it rings for like 4 times then beeps and then the call is ended and I'm not the One hanging up

I live in Utah.  This number has been calling three times daily for the last two weeks.  When I answer and say hello, it gives a strange beep and then hangs up.  When I call it back, it rings four times, gives the strange beep, and then disconnects.  I tried to text it, and my phone carrier let me know it was a land line phone, not a cell phone.

Also, this number calls as late as 8:58.  

I contacted my cell phone provider and had them put a block on the number.  I suspect these calls are being made by an automated dialer, and encourage you to put a block on your phone as well.
