I have recieved calls from FAHC  from this number & no message is left.
Also have gotten calls with equipment noises in the back ground. Strange.
There are some real wierdos that work at FAHC.

This number is also used when a call is made from a pateints room.

This is definitely Fletcher Allen. I work there, and whenever any supervisor has to contact me, that number comes up, but then you have to call a DIFFERENT number to contact them. Any call out of Fletcher Allen comes up as this number.

I had one that was over 50 minutes long from this number... nice to have that on my bill...

I've gotten calls repeatedly from this number.  I pick up my phone (a land line) and get the classic "fax transmission" response.  I'm thinking the organization (a hospital? a clinic?  some provider group??) has a truly dated phone system - one that can't track "bad" or incomplete calls.

I got two calls from 802-847-3000, one on my land line and one on my FAX, no message just a hang up, this has happened twice in the last month.

i wouldnt post ur number... theres a reason people censor their emails when posting..

i have recieved a call from FAHC requesting some female, this was within ~1 week of a major procedure i was having.  Note theres no female here so its very strange and scary that someone can mix up phone numbers when calling for "pre registration"

Yeah, it must be Fletcher Allen.  I was just there.  It is pre-registration.  They keep calling my cell phone and not leaving a message.  Even at 9:00pm.  They could at least call call back.

I have been getting strange phone calls and messages from this phone number repeatedly over the past three weeks. A lady calls and asks to speak with David, I tell her there is no David here and she insists that there is, then starts rambling on about different things.

confirmed 12/31/08   all calls from fletcher allen health care show 802-847-3000 on caller id.   however if you listen to the message it is actually preregistration.  you must have an upcoming doctor appt.  the message will instruct you to call a different number..  its safe.

I received a call from this number. It was Fletcher Allen Health Care Pre-Registration. If you have a doctors appointment coming up, they will have these guys call to pre-register you so that the check-in at the doctors will be a faster process.
