What's sad is that according to charity watch groups, these "Police Orders" are actually the biggest frauds there are.  Less than 10% of the money raised goes toward anything police related.  If you want to help the local police, ask them what they need.  Many times they collect small stuffed animals to keep in their trunks for traumatized children, or toys at Christmas.

Its the highway patrol trying to get money.

This message is from Rock Hill, SC and is from the Fraternal Order of Police.  Wish I could block it individually.  They call a lot.
