I got a phone call today 3-14-08 about magazine subscriptions renewal. After several minutes of interrogating the gentleman he said if I hung up I would automatically be billed for 36 months.I Asked for a manager and I was hung up on. I called this number back 8-10 times and they hang up on you. After that, I tried again and a female answered "Walmart". She wouldn't give me the location of the "Walmart", I contacted the local police and they are looking into it as well as the local news station here in Indiana. The police officer recommended calling the attorney general and reporting it so

I received a phone call from this number at 7:54 pm on 08/21. This guy said he was with the "home office" that sends out my "magazines" and wanted to give me some security code because of recent complaints. WEIRD. I hung up on him... mostly because I've been receiving calls like this on a daily basis. I called the number back, but no one answered.

I got a call today from this number to my CELL PHONE. I missed the call but tried to call it back several times and no one would answer. So I googled the area code and found this. This is some crazy &^%( man. People need to get a real freakin job!

Bowman is from a company called the Readers Service. The person that called our house looking for my wife said he wanted to offer her a lower rate on some magazine subscription service that she never signed up for.  Watch out for these company. They once drafted $349.00 from my checking account without my permission. I contact my credit union and got the money restored.

Caller ID says "Bowman" and the number posted - WHO IS BOWMAN AND WHAT DO THEY WANT? Sounds fishy to me.
