Got 2 calls from this #: first a hang up call, then a garbled message. Odd thing is, it cant be dialed by me. I tried land line and cell phone and get a recording that the number cant be completed as dialed. Oh, yeah, how come they can call me, but I can't call them? (I'm from Philadelphia, and we don't understand these things).
