i got the same call and just checked my mailers for numbers then here....

I also use T-Mobile and received the email address it comes from is also a t-mobile email address. smsbanking@t-mobile.delivery.net. I called t-mobile and they said a couple other companies are having the same problem and that they are hoping to have resolved soon. I asked if they could block this email and they said that wasn't possible because then I wouldn't be able to receive messages for them.
My message came through at 10:30 at night and I have got them as early as 5:30 in the morning. They only come through on Friday night through Saturday morning. They come through repeatedly.
If you get one of these messages DO NOT RESPOND. If you are concerned call your bank directly. If you did happen to call the number back and leave information notify your bank that your account security may have compromised. They should be happy to replace your cards and PIN Numbers.

I just got the same text message. which I almost thought was real, because I just recently enrolled in BofA alerts. Thanks, God I was smart and checked the internet first. It was a total scam! I even tried to input random #'s and it said to contact customer service, but didn't provide a # to call, but said it's open 24/7 (Wrong). I'm thinking though that either my Cellphone provider, Tmobile got hacked or the Company that handles BofA's alert did. Because, how else was I picked... Either way! I don't trust anything anymore!

Just received this message. 2nd time in 2 weeks. Total phishing... if you give ANY information about your account I highly recommend canceling your card immediately...
Also, if you're on the national Do Not Call list... head over to https://donotcall.gov/ and file a complaint.
If you're not on there yet... get on there. It's free and now you can stay on the list forever.

We too got the exact same message. My wife called the # and was reached an automated machine where she entered her card # and then the expiration date. Later it asked for the pin # and that is when it stuck to us that this seems fake........so we disconnected the line......
| Aaron 2009-10-03 04:09:08 Unknown |
Received same text message as above, I don't bank with BOA.

Text message based phishing scam looking for BofA credit card numbers and pins -- do NOT give them data. Call the number on the back of your cardinstead.
