The person that calls from this number or other like it, they do not leave messages on a machine, so try not to beat yourself up over it. Just make sure that you don't give any of your personal information or account information to anyone calling you to make any type of donation or to help with any type of program because you are likely opening yourself up to identity theft and/or bank fraud/credit card fraud.

Harold Bailey- They asked for someone who does not live here and then went right into telling you that they are with the Fraternal Order of Police. It is a recording that reminds you to buckle up and then goes on to tell you that they are sending you the FOP decal and letter to your home and your money goes to the Virginia Police Officers who have died in the line of duty. Would you like to donate $35 or $45?

Total Scam. They call me multiple times a day and this is the first time I answered. You can hear someone talking and it is a male's voice, they ask for someone and then you hear a click and another male voice that appears to be some type of recording or it is two sad lonely men passing the phone back and forth trying to scam people out of money.

This number called me twice yesterday, once in the afternoon & once in the evening, Sunday, May 5. I answered the second time thinking it was one of my friend's cell phone numbers. Oops! I just got a dial tone when I answered. But I am glad I wasn't spammed, or phished, or any other nefarious schemes, as a result of my answering that call. I need to get voicemail so next time I know better than to assume it's a friend's cell phone! Shame on me.

I've received 2 calls from this TN the past 2 days. My caller ID shows the callers name is Harold Bailey. I haven't taken the calls because I don't know anyone by that name!!

This number calls every day, with a male voice asking for the lady of the house. No message ...then they hang up. Every single day..all different times..

I have also received several calls from this number. Almost daily and I never pick up because I don't recognize the number and ID doesn't say who it is. They never leave a message.

the caller id says Harold bailey.  he asks for someone by first name, name is my ex or youngest son. this is what he leaves on the answering machine before he hangs up.

call asks for person  by name but it is an auto voice like from a computer

Have had several calls this month..CID says "Unknown Name" and the # is deceiving because it is in my state, nearby locale .. almost tempting to pick-up but I haven't. And they hang up. Frustrating. Anyone else?

Repeated calls from this number are a PITA. " Is the lady of the house there? No!" Bang.

It's one of the Fraternal Order of Police scams. They say that they want you to remember to buckle up and then try to send you their crap. They also throw in "from [telemarketer name]" because they have to. As soon as you hear that part, you know it's a scam. Give to your LOCAL police, fire, and EMS.

I received a call from these people about a fund raising for the Police.  I can't stand the corrupt rights abusing police.  You know, the same ones that arrest people for filming them, the same ones that shoot and kill people because they THOUGHT that the dead person was going to harm them.  Take my number off your list.
