Sorry for the offense but this reads too much like a Nigerian scam.  The original email was sent with an email address owned by a Peter. Different emails were used in the email along with 2 different names.

Oh and you might be interested in this link?many people are warned by you?or is your name Diplomat Wilferd tawiah who arrived also in the VA airport a few months back with consignment worth 10 million but you could not stay because you had business to take care of in Bangkok?  Find another scam this one wont work anymore?.IDIOT!

This number has also been used by a man that eventually will ask from your bank details to deposit a large amount of money.

A Nigeria type scam.  The phone number is located in the first line of the second paragraph.  There is no way this person can enter the US with two boxes filled with money without triggering a red flag and/or the IRS.
