Multitude of spam calls from: 804-230-2042
They have laughed when asked to remove my number from their calling list.

These calls from "Rachael at Credit Card Services" have been an annoyance for at least a year now. The calls come on my land line several times a week and at varying times of day and night. This current call is the first on my cell number, and because of that I could retrieve the caller number. All calls begin with an automated message. I've waited to speak with a human to ask that my number be removed from their call list; the response is always to hang up on me.

The guy was talking to me a mile a minute. Asked for my credit card# and that he was going to lower our credit card rate to 6%. I wouldn't answer any of his questions about my credit card # and the guy told me I'm rude and hung up. IT'S A SCAM

Spam call about lowering interest rate. Same as calls we get on land line at home. Automated call and it never identifies a specific credit card. My husband has called back several times and asked to have our number removed from their call list, but it never helps. What a shame that we used to have a state "do not call list" that worked, but after it went national, the telemarketers pay no attention to it, and nothing is done about enforcing it.

My experience is the same as Bob. Missed call did not recognize the number so let it go to voice mail no message.

Got a call from 804-230-2042 within minutes of getting a call from 616-613-2228 which is "Rachael" from Credit Card Services. I'm wondering if there's a connection.
I got these calls a few minutes ago on my husband's cell. He NEVER gets spambot calls so I don't know why two in five minutes. It's probably the same people as the "Rachael" calls.
Didn't answer either time and no one left a message...

ID as VA, USA. Cell phone call -- no message. Another site said this is a spambot offering to lower credit card rates.
