72 missed calls in one day. From all of the numbers listed in the above comments!! Ridiculous! Ive blocked them but my battery life is being sucked dry by these relentless jerks!

Have gotten several calls from them (and also same place at different phone #) - very unprofessional - don't call me and then leave me on hold...  Yes, I have gotten behind on a couple of bills - major health issues in 2011 but their methods are incredibly unprofessional - they seem to make a point of telling you the call is being recorded to ensure accurate records....  As I've read other posts they evidently are somewhat less that "legal" in their methods so thank God for caller ID - just will not waste my time answering any calls from them.

Calls at least 2-4 times a day, never leaves a message.. Isnt this considered borderline harassment? my cell has an option to send calls directly to vm wish I could block the calls altogether very annoying

I am getting calls from this same number. after reading what you all have posted i feel pretty confident that these ppl are morons and need to get a real job not scamming ppl. the last time they called i told the women that she need to have more respect and that it was the holidays and because it was late at night that my children were in the bed and she could have woken them. even with me giving her the third degree she was very polite but needless to say i will not be doing any business with them. Thanks to this web site.

This NCO company calls from MANY numbers-leaves no message and hangs up if you do answer. I google unknown numbers and it is always this company. I do not owe money to anyone and am a senior citizen on fixed income. Guess they think they can scare me or something. I might be old but not STUPID. I am on DO NOT Call List but they seem to get around that some how. They will just have to get used to vm recording as I will not answer strange number. They need to find a hobby and leave me alone.

I received a call from this number earlier today, no message was left. I called back the number using *67, first a message "all agents are busy, please wait for the next available agent", then a person said "thank you for calling NCO Financial".

I received a call from this number earlier today. As usual, no message was left. I called back the number from another phone. I was greeted with the message "all agents are busy, please wait for the next available agent". After about 10 seconds of silence, a human voice said "thank you for calling NCO Financial". The best available research indicates that NCO Financial is a debt collector which has numerous complaints against it for operating outside the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. This company has been known to forward information, to the credit reporting agencies, on debts that have exceeded the statue of limitations, and this is just one of the illegal things they do. With SO MANY scammers and debt collectors operating illegally, I would suggest that if you have trouble with a bank, credit card company, etc., DEAL ONLY DIRECTLY WITH THAT COMPANY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER ENTITY.
