They called my mom trying to illegally get money from her!

I keep getting calls. I won't answer since idk who they are. Never leaves a message.

IC System-if you have any new debt at all, they take it on then re-post anything else they can find (including bankruptcies) and if you accidentally pay something on it, they re-instate the old. I only deal with the original creditor and tell them if they won't work with me direct, then don't waste their or my time. Just write it off.

This is a scam...report all calls from this number to the police. They will try to get your personal information saying you might have an unpaid bill.

This number calls me 12 times a day i swear. ive rejected it and they keep calling back. the woman today says she works for intermountain health and i owe $650 on a medical bill that i have paid off.

Don't trust anyone from this number.  I was told I owed an outrageous ammount after the birth of my son. I called IHC direct because NOBODY sends information to collections without keeping record of it.  Turns out we don't owe anything, but they are still asking for money.  I don't know what their game is, but it sounds a bit shady to me.

I keep getting numerous calls from these wierd area codes.  One time they actually called my home phone, and I immediately realized that it didn't seem right.  They left me an 800 number to contact them, but I went straight to IHC, which they said I couldn't anymore.  They verified that we, in fact, paid off the debt that the company was trying to collect.  I'm not sure why they are trying to collect something that is already paid. Perhaps they have found a way to legally take money for things that the hospital wrote off.  I wouldn't trust talking to anyone there unitl you have spoken to IHC direct.  NOBODY sends information to a collection agency without keeping record of it.

I love it when they call!  I tell them I'd be happy to give me your info! But first I'll need YOUR full name, address, phone number, drivers license number and social security number.  I'll also need your mothers maiden name and the name and branch of any banks you have accounts at.

The nice thing about I.H.C. is they'll write off most bills if you can't pay....but YOU have to talk to THEM before it gets to collections.  They've comped vast amounts of money on my son's bills, just because I asked them to.  

Their collection agency is the scum of the Earth, though.  They're called "IC Systems".  Not owned by I.H.C.  They're the worst of the worst.  And you're right:  They will NEVER provide any kind of documentation of a bill, as they're required to do. They'll just harass you forever.

I've never had any problem getting credit, despite all this mess.  Even got "A" paper on a mortgage refinance.  Most lenders look at "medical stuff" and say, "oh, well.....who cares?"  As long as you pay your non-medical obligations, which I always do, lenders will generally ignore the medical stuff.

Me too.  My son has run up over a million dollars in bills.  Needless to say, I don't have a million dollars.  I leave my ringer off and just dump the messages (if any).  Family and friends have my cell phone number.

I don't know what they hope to accomplish here.  But I guess you never know till you ask, right?  I COULD be a millionaire.  It's possible.  But I'm not allowed to print my own money, and I can't conjure it up by magic.

Yes, this is one of the numbers that IC Systems hides behind.  They actually have a reputation for doing a lot of illegal things in their debt collection attempts.  Very unscrupulous.  I feel bad about most people I have to stiff, but not these guys.

I called them back from a different phone # and they said they can't transfer me to the right department without the number they were trying to reach.  They said they handle personal business matters. The first time I answered they wanted my birthdate, social and mailing address to verify I am who I am.  Are you crazy?!?!  Do you really think Im going to give anyone that information over the phone.  Go see the movie "Identity Theft".... then tell me if you would give them your information or not.

They will not give any information. But the first thing they ask is," are you willing to pay today with your credit or debit card today"? Not not without more information there Shawniquwa.

If they are a debt collector all they need to do is leave a damn message so I know who they are what hey want and then maybe I'll answer their call.

this is IHC calling to collect debt. if you ignore their calls and bills, they'll send it to a debt collection agency and put it against your credit.

This number calls me every other day. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I figure they really don't know who they are calling if they can't even leave a message.

It is anoying when you are with a custommer and the call comes through and no one is there you call back

This is Intermountain Health Care Collections.  THey refuse to send a bill to the address on record and will not talk to you unless you give them personal information.. I do not owe anyone there and do not know why I need to give out personel information to someone who called me and refuses to mail a bill to me for verification.

I have recieved numerous calls from 804-234-9106 and other numbers. I do not pick these calls up as the seen to be debt collectors. I feel I am at a disadvantage to answer these calls. These troublesome numbers are assigned as a contact on my cell phone with a No Ring ringtone. In general I do not pick up calls unless I know who is calling. I suspect NCO is using multiple phone numbers so people cannot so easily disable their calls. I have experienced this for years. The calls are annoying but I ignore them.
