SunTrust Bank. If you're late on a payment, they will call every day, multiple times per day, until the payment is received.

The thing is, the call you get is a recording, and you can't do anything THROUGH that call, like TELL them the check was postmarked two days ago. You have to stop, GO FIND the Customer Service number for them, call them, sit on hold, go through the 3rd degree verifying the account, only to have them say, "Well, we don't have the check yet. We need a credit card number."

Yeah, no. Check with your mailroom.

Yes ... Suntrust Bank ... Called with a voicemail that said "there has been a change in your Suntrust Account" ...  My car payment is due on the 25th yet the grace period extends to the 4th of the next month.  I called them back and asked who gave them authority to call about my Suntrust account.  They are foreigners - sounds like a Phillipino accent - and would give me no information without my account or 'social security' number.  I gave them my phone number - advised them to never call my office again.  But these are bottom-feeders ... get paid when they collect.  Do not subject yourself to this waste of time ... just hang up in the midst of their sentence.  They deserve no respect !  

20 times in the past two days - that is how many times they have tried to reach me but I have them blocked.  Seems my husband co-signed on a loan for my son and HE is late and they bother us!!!!

Suntrust is worse then collection agencies. My payment was due the 28th, they started calling me on the 3rd. I am blocking all the numbers

rec'd 1st call, no voicemail, called number back, rep said to definitely pick up call next time and follow prompts to get my number off their list.  2nd call 2hrs late asked for Ann Ratilff, not me, got rep verified they had my number but i'm not Ann Ratliff.

suntrust bank.  one of the biggest car loan companies. they may be servicing your loan. if you forget to pay they call before you are 'late'.

These people keep calling asking for Charles Wackerman. Never heard of him or them.

I started to get constant calls from this number a few weeks back. It comes up as Suntrust Morgage on my caller ID, but I never had a mortgage with this bank. I had a checking account which I closed when they announced a check card fee. In the end they reversed the decision to charge the fee, but only after I had closed my account with them.

Its from SunTrust Bank.  They call you if  you are more than 5 days late on a payment.  They will call everyday until you give them a credit card or check number for payement.  If you ignore them, they will call up to 7 times a day. The first of each call is a computer.  Once you answer, then a human will call you.  It is definitely a harrassment call.

Anyone knows who this is?

They call here at all hours of the day and night. I never heard of sun trust. Who the hell are these people. And how do you stop them.

When they call me they leave an automated message with the following:

"This is Sun trust Bank calling about a change in the status of the account for XXXX XXXXX. Please call us at 866-667-0533 by Wednesday, March 16. You'll be asked to enter your personal message code XXXXX. Again our number is 866-667-0533 and enter personal message code XXXXX. Thank you from Sun trust Bank "

I X'd out the person's name and message code for privacy reasons. I called 804-319-8494 and spoke with someone to tell them that the person they are asking for is not at my number and the woman very nicely said she would take my number off of the account.

This company is a scam. I have a unlisted number. How the hell do they get a unlisted number.

Everyone has a time period to pay a loan from Suntrust.  A car payment or mortgage payment is due, for example, the 15th of the month but you have until the 25th with no penalty, then it is late.  They harrass you continuously even though you are on time by paying no later than the 25th.  This is an on time payment from the 15th to the 25th per the Suntrust banks we have talked to.

Yes It is Same Number.... Telemarketing trying to call people who are still intime for their car loan payment but wen due date eaches clsoe they start calling ,.. I think it is harrasment
