I just now received a call from this #, of course not knowing who it is I didnt pick the phone up. This is a tip that I would follow, do not pick up the phone if you dont know who it is, has no caller id, or if you dont know the # or caller id.

I just received a call from this number. I called it back and it stated "You have received the voicemail of a campaign list. If you wish to be added to the do not call list press 9". So I assume it's some kind of campaign advertisement.

I have no clue as to who this is and when you pick the phone up it gives a busy signal.
