805-309-9720 is from "Promo Legal WCA" who is calling claiming they are "not trying to sell anything," then they start talking about the Actos law suite.

Received a number of calls from this number on my cell. Never a response when I answer.

I didn't answer but when I called the number back it's a recording for something called "WCA Legal" that claims "Your number was subscribed to on April 30th, 2011" (THEY "subscribed" to MY number???) and that I've been entered into a drawing for $1,000 by calling them back today.
SCAM if I ever heard one!
