IF A PHONE NUMBER COMES UP WITH A LONG NUMBER IN THE CALLER ID YOU CAN BE SURE IT IS A SCAM...
EXAMPLE: VO6241737110582 AND THEN A PHONE NUMBER 805-741-2218
THIS NUMBER WAS THE CALLER OF THE GRANDPARENT ACCIDENT SCAM JUNE 24, 2011

Answered the call, and said "hello", someone said "hello" back, I said "hello" again, they said "hello"
back...I just hung up. There was a lot of noise in the background, like the room was filled with
machines and many people making calls. Hope they don't call back, at least I know not to answer
when it says Lompc, CA....though I know many people from CA.

Received this call number (805-741-2218) a few times and didn`t answer it. Last time they called, I let the fax pick it up and squeal in their ear.

Caller ID says "Lompoc". We are on the National Do Not Call list & I have turned them in before.
Turning them in again ! Recorded message.....annoying. Stop calling....I am not interested in your surveys or anything.

two calls from this number in the last week. Reverse Phone Lookup lists as private number in Lompoc CA. I'm on Do Not Call registry.

My father and grandfather are receiving calls from this number for people requesting me, under their cell phone numbers and land lines. All the plans are totally unrelated AND do not have similar addresses. Help?

I do not know who is calling me but they have no business doing so. What ever happened to the do not call list which I am supposed to be on.
If this is a collection agentcy of some kind they should have to reveale that in the call.

Just got a call from them. Answered the phone after second ring and before I said anything I heard "That is not a valid extension. Please try again." No clue what they wanted, just hung up.

They wanted to ask if anyone in the family was diabetic.
I told her I was on the nat'l "do-not-call" list.
I also told her that I didn't want to participate in a survey and hung up.

Called several times. Also asked if anyone in my family had diabetes. When I said "no" they simply disconnected. Very annoying.

I asked where she got my number as it is unlisted...she said she got it from a survey..
and I then asked if I could speak to a supervisor..there were none available...Good Bye!

They called again this morning. I waited 3 minutes and they finally said "HELLO" sounding like they were three continents away. Said it was Jennie from some unintelligible foundation. She said she just "wanted to know if I have diabetes"
WHAT? Told her that whatever she's doing is probably illegal and I will not entertain her nonsense.
