Whoever owns this number calls every night, and has done so for two weeks. Never leaves a message. Who is this bozo?

my caller id shows "VERIZON WIRELESS M"

They call every night, very late; I don't answer but they never leave a message.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and I reported them.

Calls every night and says nothing.  I just leave the phone off the hook untill they disconnect.  I hope it's very long-distance.
