I get a call from this number several times a week. When I answer, no one speaks. After I say hello a few times the other person just hangs up. No sound from the other end at all.

I don't call back because I think that is exactly what they want me to do.

Got a call from this number and a quick hang up upon answering.  Called back and received message to call back during office hours.  Looks like scam/phishing to see if you answer.

806 is in the Texas panhandle.  I've dialed this number several times to ask them to PLEASE TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST, and always get the same message "our office is closed.  please call back between the hours of "such and such" and then adds PACIFIC TIME!
I am so tired of getting these calls!  
On caller ID it shows V23008342800075 and then the number.  What the heck is THAT?  Grrrrrr!

The Texas  no-call list isn't worth s***.  We've been on it for awhile  and these annoying calls just keep coming.  I think it is just a verification of a valid phone number for hackers and scammers.  Caller I.D. Is the best thing going.  I just don't answer but it is still a hassle.
