I get this same phone message saying "this is your captain speaking" many many times.  I have been put through to a live person. Everytime I ask to please be removed from the callers list...but the person on the other end always hangs up.  My solution????  Get out the hockey air horn and blast it in the phone, smile and go and have a glass of wine.  :) but not before having a good laugh.

THIS SAME NUMBER / CALL COMES THROUGH OUR COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE EMERGENCY LINES EVERY SINGLE DAY, WHEN WE CALL BACK IT GOES TO SOMEONES CELL PHONE!

IT was offering me a two person cruise to Nassu Bahamas if i completed a quick costomer survey.

The call came in at 7:29 PM PST to my work line and the voice message said only:

"male or female.  For male press 1, or for female press 2"

And then it hung up.

Gotten this call a couple of times.  Always a recording saying "Hi this is your captain speaking..." Its basically a telemarketing offer for a trip to hawaii or something.

Calls daily and leaves no message.

Come on folks..... If you stop and think about it, calls like this can be a whole lot of FUN.

I'm sure there's someone out there that has really PISSED you off. Someone that you'd LOVE to get some revenge on. Someone at work? An EX wife or husband? A neighbor? The list can be endless...lol

Well NOW you have the perfect way to do it...

Remember, when these slime-ball marketers call you, the calls are computer generated, ie they have no idea who they've called nor what number the computer dialed...heehee

First gather as much personal info you can about the person you're pissed at.
Now when you recieve these calles from various tele-marketers, play along....
When they start asking for info, you can feed them your (revenge) targets name and info...... (ie address/phone #/SSN/ along with whatever other info you've dug up).  You don't need to worry if your target is on a "do-not-call" list of not...as you've just established a business relationship for them with whatever slime-ball marketing company just called you..... allowing the slime-balls to call and harrass your (revenge) target day and night with whatever BS offer happens to be the flavor of the day.....

This will create a stream of harassing calls to the person that PISSED you off, causing endless frustration.... while YOU just sit back and SMILE.... as you willingly wait for the next tele-marketer to call..... so you can hand out your victims info again and again..........

I keep getting calls from this number, and since caller ID says "Unknown name" I don't pick up. They never leave a message.

Called and left no voicemail.  When I try to redial the number I get a busy tone.

I receive this Scam call at least once a week. Why can't the justice department do something about this crap?

Been getting calls nearly daily.  I called Bank of Hawaii:  it is not one of its numbers.  Also called Virgin Mobile and it's no longer one of its numbers.  I was afraid of identity theft. Information does not have a listing for said number,

With the technology available,you would think that our government would make our telephone services more accountable for these scams.
I, also, would like to be removed from these type call list, but seems that signing up for removal is only a "pacifier" for the public.

The cruise deal that is offered after the survey is a "Bait and Switch" arrangement. Very Shady, not a good deal. Have not found a way to stop these telemarketing calls.

As soon as you hear the boat horn hit 9- this takes you to the number removal- they dont tell you this during the message but I just did it and it worked.

Have received a call a couple days in a row.  Never leaves a message.  I never answer it!

continuously calls every few days.. about the cruise i've won..very annoying

i asked them who the cruise line was and they immediatly transfered me to a supervisor...he couldn't answer me and said he'd have their "travel rep" call me back in 72 hrs...lol, this is gonna be fun...

We received numerous calls from this number and it takes up the space on our answering machine.  I've had to turn off the ringer to our house phone due to these calls.  Today when I finally got a live agent, I politely asked to be taken off their list because it was eating up the space on my AM and his response was "AH F*** YOU BUDDY!"  WTF???  How do I lodge a complaint?  Not only do I find their calls harrassing but that was unacceptable language on their part. UGH!!!

MY EMPLOYER HAS BEEN RECEIVING MANY CALLS ALMOST DAILY FROM THIS NUMBER. MY STAFF IS BEING CONSTANLY HARRASSED BY DIFFERENT RECORDED MESSAGES EACH TIME THEY CALL. DO NOT ACCEPT THESE CALLS AND FIGHT TERRORISM ANYWAY YOU CAN!

I got this call several a week. I didn't answer it since I think it is a telemarketing number.

Just ignor it and someday they will stop to call you.
