Got a call on my cell, left no message. I called it back and it said that it was unable to complete call at this time. I called it back four times.
I think it may b a number from a jail safehouse or a marketing company. I have a friend who got out of jail and its working from the safehouse at a marketing place. He calls me from numbers like this, that dont allow me to call back.
