i have an unlisted number and yet they keep calling from 813-000-6836. since i don't know that number, i didn't answer and they did not leave a voice message.

I keep getting calls from this number 813-000-6836 and Have had problems with them in the past. They call for awhile, leave messages sometimes, never answer calls back. I have registered on the "DO NOT CALL" registry, and it still doesn't work. H E L P ! ! Stop these people.

Who are these people? Wouldn't these kinds of calls be considered illegal since they're intentionally trying to commit 1st degree fraud not to mentional harrassment. Funny how law abiding citizens have now become fair game for all sorts of scams.
