When I try to call the number, I get a recording that says the call cannot be completed as dialed. No message left on my voice mail.

Got call. Caller ID stated "Unknown Number." No message was left on the machine.

Received two calls from this number in two days and no message was left; that and the weird "000" exchange made me curious to see if I could locate an owner; but not curious enough to call it, in case it left spam or viruses to my communication system.

Said they were a debt reduction service offering the lowest rate credit card. Just like all the other "Card Services" scammers. I informed the rep I would think he should turn to self prostitution before being part of such a scam.
