Does any one have any info whose # this is ? 813-260-8993. They called my cell #. I believe that it is a scam caller because only a few people have my cell #

My cell phone indicates that I got a call from 813-260-8993 which is a cell # from Tampa--no message. Since only a few people have my cell number, I suspect that it's a telemarketer or a scam artist.
