Received call from a Trey Harris from Tyler-Morgan processing department. They were trying to reach my son. Said there was a pending arbitration from another county, rescheduled for this coming Monday. They were trying to keep  it from going to court.  My son has a listed phone number--let them contact him directly if it is that important or legal.

same happened to me. i asked myself, why would they call the day before the arbitration? how would i get there ? it is out of town. what kinda scam is this? i owe no money or have debts..???

They've been calling me too -- for some account in some county I've never lived in too!

Don't know WHO they are, (I know what they are -- collection agency), but they just started calling my cell phone, when I have a perfectly good REAL phone!

Also, since they're a collector, they are supposed to send you mail first, and use DUE PROCESS --- they can't just take you to court in some other county, OR STATE as is the case with the calls I've gotten!

They also called me from Texas before the last hurricane went that way, and now from Florida.

I have no debts filed BK in 2005 called my former husband trying to locate me said arbitration set for Monday which is a legal holiday.  Left message that I am reporting them to my BK attorney and the clerk of the BK court in Ocala.

I received a call from this number also.  The name that was left was Ryan Mccabe Ext. 314.  I've got something for them when they call again.

My father recieved a call from this "Trey" on my mother's prepaid phone which is not in his name. He said he was a lawyer with Morgan something or other looking for me concerning a court mediation re-scheduled for Thursday. This was on a Tuesday. I phoned the county clerk and they have nothing pending in my name.

A Maria Vega called said she is with Tylor Morgan and was demanding that I return her call because they were scheduled to be in court for a litigation on my case on Tuesday afternoon and that I needed to take this seriously and call back.  What the heck is she talking about?

Number to call back was given as 813-298-1802. Audit tomorrow comment was also used with us. They also called our daughter in another state attempting to find us.

Same thing happened to me and the guys name is Trey. He was referencing information in my past trying to validate the call, information that is public record, I am going to look further into this but I believe it is a scam.

Honestly, I owe some money (not much, seriously!) but I know how much I owe and who I owe it to.  So, I get this message on my voicemail tonight from some guy named "Watkins" from "Tyler and Morgan," saying I was being audited tomorrow at 3:45 EST.  Audited for what and by whom, he failed to mention.  It freaked me out at first but then I realized that I really don't have anything to worry about.  I tried to call back the number (813-298-1802) in order to give them a piece of my mind but the line was totally dead.  
DON'T BE FOOLED OR INTIMIDATED!  This is a scam and a bunch of b.s.!!!
