I always got this number too, i never pick up this number.I am wondering who is it ?Anyway,i don't like to pick up the strange number that  I don't know.

They get on my nerves, even i hang up, they keep going... how can i stop them?

all i can find out is the phone # is from baltimore,md i dont know what there doin but i think its a credit card industry

J'ai reçu cette appelle du 813-319-1963 d'un gars parlant seulement anglais alors que j'habite la ville de Québec. Se que j'ai trouver très bizzare est que ses gens vous parlent très rapidement pour ne pas que vous compreniez tous se qu'ils vous disent, alors que je lui demandait a (JOSH) un des harnaqueurs de me répéter il me répondait que j'allais reçevoir tous ses informations par la poste. En me parlant de mon fameux voyage que je venais de gagner il me demanda qui allait etre la deuxième personne qui m'accompagnera pour le voyage , je lui dit que se serait mon mari et il s'empressa a me demnder s'il était présent et si oui de lui faire prendre une deuxième ligne pour qu'il puisse lui annoncer la bonne nouvelle. Il disait qu'il travaillait pour le studio Universal en Floride et le plus bizzare il possèdait déjà toute mes informations , date de naissance , couriel , addresse, mon nom, et de plus se qui m'a sembler très bizzare est qu'il savait que je possèdais une carte de crédit (VISA) en me parlant du montant de 249 dollards de frais à payer pour un minimum de deux personne et ensuite que je pouvais apporter avec moi pour le voyage 4 personnes en tout , mais que je devait payer au moin pour deux personnes les frais de 249$ chacun que pour les deux autres c'était gratuit. En me disant ceci je lui ai demander de répéter que je devait bien payer le montant de 249$, alors il me répondit que oui et en me disant que la valeur de se que je venais de gagner était une valeur de plus de 2000$ en s'exclament N'EST-CE PAS CELA FORMIDABLE. Alors trouvant cela très bizzare je lui ai demander s'il y avait un site pour que je puisse aller vérifier tous se qu'il me disait, ne répondant pas à ma question comme depuis le début de notre conversation et ensuite il insista sur le fait qu'ils allait tous m'envoyer par la poste les détails de se que je venais de gagner, alors il me transféra ensuite à une fille dénomer (Shery) qui la vérifia avec moi toutes les coordonnée qu'il possédait déjà de moi, alors pendant se temps au téléphone mon mari a eu la brillante idée de vérifier le numéro sur l'internet sachant que tout ceci semblait trop bizzare. En effet le moment que je redoutais, elle me posa la question du numéro de carte de crédit, alors bêttement je lui ai dit ,que je savais qu'ils étaient des harnaqueurs et elle se presse en me disant, bien voyont dont qui pense que Universal studio's est un hanaqueur c'est fou voyont, ensuite elle me demande se qui me fait dire qu'ils sont des harnaqueurs et là je lui dit que sur un site d'on je regarde à L'instant meme et je lui dit que tous se  qui est écrit sur se site est exactement les memes choses qu'eux m'ont dites et que le numéro de téléphone et les noms des hanarqueurs est exactement les memes qu'eux, d'un tons frustrer l'idiote me redemande alors mon numéro de carte de crédit c'est alors que j'ai mit fin à la conversation en disant  non merci!! en raccrochant le téléphone. ALORS À VOUS TOUS NE JAMAIS RÉPONDRE À SE NUMÉRO ET SURTOUT NE DONNER PAS VOTRE NUMÉRO DE CARTE DE CRÉDIT ' CECI EST UNE HARNAQUE !!!!!

they keep calling asking for my husband who is not that fluent in English

Well, I filled out some forms last week, about trying a free $500.00 card to shop and they asked me all these infos (including my birthdate).  After that, they say I have to complete a certain amount of their offers.  So I entered to win the trip to Universal.  When I filled out the other forms, I did entered my email, my birthdate etc...
Except that since I did not trust them very much, I gave an email address that I never use, and I change my birthdate.
The same week they started calling me.  I first hung up, but they've been calling me twice a day since then.
Today I answered, and she wanted to vérify my birthdate (she gave me the false birthdate I gave last week).
I told her to send me infos by email, but she kept on insisting to check a few details first.  I asked her to hang on, I put my phone by my computer speakers, and I put some music on (knowing that they are calling from florida and have to pay a long distance call).
When I was done going to the washroom, and opening my windows, etc... I came back and she was on the line anymore.

So I prepared a few "very bad" songs for the next calls.

my god moi aussi j'ai eu ce genre d'appel, mais Josh ne voulait pas raccrocher! Je du lui raccrocher la ligne au nez.
Et depuis ce temps ils ne cessent de m'appeler et je ne répond plus.
C'est pas drôle se faire harceler car on a gagné quelque chose!

j'avais aussi peur qu'ils prennent ma ligne pour faire des appels étrangés.

J'ai recu ce genre d'appels aussi.  Je ne comprend pas très bien l'anglais et il disait qu'il habitait en Floride. Il connaissait mon nom, ma date de naissance et mon adresse...Il m'a mis en attente souvent lors de l'appel..Je pense qu'il profitait du fait que je ne parle pas anglais.

J'ai raccroché et lui ai dit de m'envoyer les informations par courriel..j'imagine bien que je ne recevrai rien.

They called me this morning and knew some personal information about me.
He knew my name, first and last. My email, date of birth, address and postal code.  He also "knew" I was married - which I am not.  I went along with it to waste his time. He asked me to put my husband on the line, and so I just left the phone on the floor.  My boyfriend picked it up and demanded to know who he was working for. The guy would not answer the question, but proceeded with his whole schpeel. He asked for credit card information. Even though we "won" the trip, it still costs 250 per person.  
I knew right from the first second it was a scam, and I only answered the phone to waste his time.  At the end of it, my boyfriend simply asked him "how stupid do you think we are" "does anyone actually fall for this crap" and then they hung up.

thay keep callin avery day 4-6 times at least . Very disturbing , asking for my husband and his c.card info. My mom answers becouse I am at work plase block this ####.

They told me I won a fantastic vacation in Florida and asked for credit card
and blablabla.... I played stupid and say I have no credit card, no cash, no nothing, they hung up on me

recieved that call earlier today.left no message.

got a call no message at 6:50 pm Oct. 26/07  Then receive another call later 10:02 from 813-319-1280 saying his name is kevin and asked for my name  first and last used. I have a non published number. New! not one day old. How is this possible? They hung up after I said hello.

The call from 1-813-319-1280 I returned immediately and is not in service.

from some company for universal. saying you won a trip to Florida. then they tell you there wonderful trip outline, then they ask for a credit card # to cover some cost. wow, couldn't begin to tell you how many trips i have won to Florida, if i actually got them i could go to florida and stay for a year!!!ha ha ha ha

i always got this phone number in my call display not even one times, many times.I do know why they don't want to leave a message, and i'm not used to
answer and call back especially if came from who any stranger.
