Well they are still using the same tactic, they tried to withdraw well over a thousand from my account.
I caught it while it was still pending, so no money was taken and the bank closed it down.

Keep a close eye on your accounts, I am now going to set my accounts that there are no thrid party withrdraws allowed

I have noticed this charge on my account for months now and I always thought it was husband buying cigarettes from a conveince store and just not logging the receipt. Something told me to google this and I am amazed at what I have discovered, Thanks for all the prev posts. I have paid overdraft fees b/c of this withdrawal from my account a few times and was so baffled by it all.

Thanks for the info everyone, they debited my account $22.50 that I never authorized and it created an overdraft.  I have no business with them so now I'm working on getting it taken care of.

How can you get this stopped?  $9.95 is being taken from my account monthly.

Just learned that this number is for JP Morgan Chase  Solutions Center Help Desk. (813-432-3700).

I was given this number to call for a charge appearing on my checking account for "PRIME TIME INS".
They were automatically making drafts against my checking account through the ACH system.  I have no insurance with anyone.  I went to Region Bank that I believe may have originally set this up when I had a mortgage loan years ago.  The loan has been paid off for many years.  The charge is only $2.00 but it is a total rip-off.  Regions Bank claims they have no knowledge of this and denies initiating it.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!   There is no Citizens, no JP Morgan, no nothing.  The people answering the phones are complete phonies and only answering the phones as such.  This is a scam, nothing more.  A scam company got  your acct #s.  There is no insurance, no insurance coverage, no insurance coverage increase.  You didn't authorize anything accidently, or on purpose.  I was hit by NUF HPP INS 866-716-5297.  The guy answering tells me about policies and coverages they offer, but have no knowledge of a policy in my name or my wifes, or anyone.  You have to shut down your account, and get a new one.  If you don't, sure, this particular one won't hit you for 9.95 or 39.95, but rest assured you will get hit again by some other random charge at a different time.  They even offer refunds because this is a numbers game for them.  If they refund the money, no investigation will be completed.

Thank you for providing the number! I called and was able to cancel ASAP.  And the money will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days.  I was charged $29.85.  I do have some insurance with Citizens Bank and it's possible I did sign up for additional coverage.  But it's still a shock to see the debit.

813-432-3700 Chase Bank, with a company tracking number from a so called company called SpeedPay whose phone number is > 18002529638 & hasnt yet answered there phone!! My Credit Union acct. was taken for $113.10... Beware of these evil ppl who steal ur info. & money!!

J.P. Morgan Chase has just took 25.95 out of my 15 year old daughter's account for some bull crap insurance they said was athourized by me.
First I dont have access to her checking account. So there story is a big fat lie. But now I have to pay the 25.95 and the over draft fees 36.00 . So Im really not happy with this.
I did find out it is the insurance company I.G.A. Now who would have thought that one of the main bank that was involved  in the BAIL OUT and was cought giving their employees bonuses and having grand parties for their employees would be the one stealing money out of a little girls checking account.
They are playing the money game.
They take money that you did ok for them to and put it in a seperate checking, under a fake name and draw instrest on it. About 1%. Not much when you only do it to a few people.
But when you when you did to 250,000 people?
IT TURNS INTO A HUGE PAY DAY.
Thats how they make their monthly profits off the poor people.
Now if you chatch on to what they are doing, they will some peoples money back in, but keep the interest. But if you dont, then they keep it all.
The reason I say that is because they put my mother money bvack into her account but they wouldnt put the money back in my daughter.
I have filled a formal complaint with the FDIC, BBB and the IRS about this matter.
I some of you are saying, "Its only 25 dollars", but people its my daughter's 25 dollars not theirs.

I am doing forensic accounting for my 80 yr. old mother-in-law that has dementia.  She has been paying $42.15 through electronic transfer payment to RESERVE NATIONAL.  THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

Yeah, same with my  82 yr. old mother. Citizen's Bank said she filled it out and mailed it back. My mother assumed that since it was from the bank, it was protection on her bank account because the papers she signed didn't reflect much information, other than it's free for so long and that little clause they put in there... that you must call to cancel it before the free period is up. The charge was $17.99 a month and it came up on her acct. as HAP  8008607098 7463nnnnn. A search on the number takes me here http://www.nihfcu.org/home/investments/options/hospital, Hospital Accident Protection Insurance which offers cash benefits in the event of hospitalization due to a covered accident.

They are the holder of the accidental death insurance policy that was introduced to my 70 year old mother from TD Bank with TD Bank letterhead. Mom was not aware of her purchase even though she filled out, sealed and mailed the mailer/offer back. (yes, mom is another whole situation)   She was paying for this ins. for the last year and a half. I called and canceled. They were helpful.  

Senior citizens are targets once they start losing the problem solving part of the left hemisphere of their brain. (ha! Just listened to a book by a brain scientist who lived to tell about her own stroke. The book is called "Stroke of Insight. I highly suggest a read/listen". Helps us understand what specific brain injury patients go through. Amazing.). :)

I got a similar charge on my account as a debit and I couldn't figure out what it was.  I called the number that came after NUF HPP INS   The number is 866-716-5297.  This is an Accident Insurance Company that works through your bank and asks you to accept a one-year free coverage and gives you the chance to increase the coverage.  I increased my coverage and chose the Family Policy rather than the Single Policy and the price for the extended coverage is $35.95.
I believe you can cancel the policy and get your money back, (I'm not sure), but you should call the number above if you want to.  I hope this was helpful.

I have been getting charged on my bank account $35.95 for the past 2 months. It is associated with JP MORGAN CHASE Bank. They are the sending Bank. I never authorized this!!!!!!!!!

Sending Bank is JP MORGAN
Their trace # is 021000021484308   (This was January 2011)

The 2nd one has the same info with the Bank phone number as 813-432-3700. I called that number to find out who and why they are drafting my account. AND I GOT THIS RECORDING!!!!!!!!
