My Mom and Dad continually get phone calls from this company. My Mom and Dad are on a fixed income. They are retired and have heavy medical bills. After reaching an "agreement" with these people about paying off their account, the calls keep coming. Every time the call comes in, the rep has "no idea" about the agreement to pay off the debt. The "other rep must have forgotten to put it in their file". And so the calls continue. I'm helping to pay down the balance and when I can I'll pay it off completely. I know it's a legit debt by my parents. But to reach an agreement to pay it off and still have the company harass my parents is wrong.
I'm reporting them to my BBB, the State Attorney General and any elder protection group that will listen.

Please stop calling the number that you have on file for me. This phone belongs to a minor child. This is not my phone.

Keep getting annoying calls from this number, years after being assigned my cell phone number.  How do you make them stop???
