I'm tired of harassing phone calls and threats to take me to court. I don't owe them s***. I'm sick of dealing with this unprofessional boot leg rip off company. I going to sue there a***s.

Yea we got a call from the same number plus another number saying they are gonna have my husband served with court papers to appear in Washington and that good luck in court and jail we were scared at first but now reading all this i feel much better

I received the same type of message process of summons division with a number said by a computer m329652 I owe them 900.00 and she sounds very ghetto I informed her that my lawyer would be calling her

Happened exactly as mentioned above. I have blocked them and also I don't care what they want to do.

My statement would be Cease and Desist. I don't owe anything to anyone. If they think this is a legitimate debt, identify yourselves, share the contact info of the company, establish the validity of the debt and send that to me in writing. If you can't do that, get lost. I have suffered a lot and NO more.

I just got a call at work from (813) 666-0051 the number alone should tell you something 666 they are the DEVIL!! lol  They say I have a fradulent case against me from a payday loan...sorry i've had a payday loan before but guess what b****ead it's been PAID in FULL and I have proof of it...so call all you want but it's not gonna scare me into giving you any money....you got $400 from me before and it will NOT happen again so you can kiss my A$$!!!!!!!!

I just got a call from this number (813) 666-0051. Starts with computerized voice saying my name. The message that I will lose my rights if I don't call them back after the summons is issued to my work or residence. Then the computerized voice breaks in with the case number. I called back and the line is answered with just a name no company info. I hung up.

I get the same calls they said I was the scum of the earth and I have 2 fraudulent charges against me. The only debt I have is my schooling and that is being taken care of. It is a scam it is all computerized.

same as the others, they said they were processing 2 fraud clamis against me and unless I paid they would file them.

When I called them back you can them typing in the phone numbers to pull up my name...All they are is a company trying to collect on debt.But the way they are conducting there selfs isnt getting them no where

Ive received serveral clls from this number all they seem to do is threaten So when I call them they can not veri anything.The number comes up as Tampa,But they claim to be in Alambama.They will not get a dime,Its been over 8 yrs..

They called me AGAIN today... Threatening on my voicemail that they will be contacting my human resources department to serve me so they need my address, etc.  any legitimate REAL collector knows all your information and doesn't need to confirm it.... Wish these people would get hit walking across the street by a buss... thy are IDIOTS...I keep blocking them yet they some how keep calling with bogus BS phone numbers. OVER IT!

He say this message intended for me through automation. He has a fax order regarding your civil compliant that was file against me. He been retain to serve me documents to serve in court either at my address or work. If i hhave any concern about anything then call them back before court.

Haha same thing from me. This is the 4th time they have called and always from different numbers but the case number is the same. I am still waiting for my summons from the first time. Hilarious scammers and morons.

Received a threatening call from this number, asking for somebody who has never lived here. It goes on to talk about a court action against "me", this fictitious person, how I'll be served papers at home or work, last chance to deal with the matter, blah, blah, blah, blah... Have had other such calls, from other numbers over the months, asking for different people, who've also never lived here.  It's a scam of some sort, phishing for a callback and to get information/money from you. In all such cases, if it's a message on your answering machine or service, ignore it, never call them back. If you get somebody such live on the phone, give them no information, not even your name. These people are clearly slimeballs, up to no good and who'd do anything for money. I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, also, so it is they doing something illegal and who belong in court!

I got the same phone call today, I also am debt free. The call paused in the middle of giving me numbers.

I have received numerous calls from these people. I told them that I know it's a scam & go ahead & take me to court. They keep calling me & saying the same things. I am getting extremely irritated. They are saying I owe some payday loan company money from 2007. I can't find they company anywhere. They say it's from Quickpay. I have asked them to send me written verification of the debt & they say they don't have it and that they only do business via email. I call BULLCRAP. Oh, and they can't seem to keep either their names or the name of their supposed company straight. I had them tell me it was BAA, B&A Associates & BA & Associates. One guy told me his name was Mr. Johnson & then when I talked to him a couple minutes later, because I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he told me his name was Mr. Jackson. Same guy. Then I talked to a women who said her name was Tiffany & when I called back her name was Maya. These people are a joke. He also tried to threaten me with arrest but couldn't even get that right. At the end of one of his messages he said "If we don't here back from you a warrant will be issued for your request....." and then just hung up. What idiots.

These are f****ng n****r bi****s.  They don't know your real name or real address.  They are always n****rs.  There is no way they can do anything, if they do then you can blow their n****r heads off the second they knock on your door.  Not that they are even in this country.  The cops would rape them and kill them, they wouldn't even take them to jail, they'd just leave their bodies in a dumpster.  So it's ok to tell these chimpanzees whatever you want.

I am getting calls from this # daily.  they say I have commited some type of fraud with a payday loan 9 years ago!  Ok even if I had gotten a payday loan 9 years ago I think its a bit late to be trying to collect on it.. They cannot show me proof of the loan or any type of documents they just want a credit card # or bank accoun # or me to westen union a settlement of $1700.00 or I will go to jail.  These people are crazy, they cannot even prove the debt and after 9 years I'll be damed if I am going to pay anything that old anyway.  

I just got a call as well. If I owed money the company would have called me by now. This is a total scam. There was not even a name all it said was this message is intended for..... followed by just silence.

Got a call from this number and the message said this:  that I need to call them and give them my work address so they can serve me there for a payday loan!!!!! Never had a payday loan!!!! They are such idiots!!! They

I have no idea who these people are.  I received a recording threatening me with a summons and that I needed to contact immediately their legal department.  The message stated it was most urgent and that this was my last chance to contact them to avoid legal action from their law office.  At the call back number of 813-666-0051 nobody answered when I called.  I called repeatedly throughout the day.  It is he holidays and you have unscrupulous individuals who are attempting to harass people into paying debt that they really do not owe.  Unfortunately, these individuals are sometimes successful when they are able to speak with an elderly person who may be ill.  They can be forceful and scare the elderly to make a payment or to provide them with their social security number.  They also attempt to call people who may not speak English well, based on the last name of the person they are trying to con.  They are unbelievably evil and cruel.  

I got a call from these people for the past week. They all stated the same exact thing. First pressing crimal charges of fraud, then wanting to summons me to court and have me verify my info.. they are thirsty.. and im not giving them anything. The pay day loan i took out was charged off on my credit card.. and ruined my credit for a while. Im not paying crap..i lost my job and if this was any truth half america would be in jail.. ignore the calls. If you want to serve someone w/ papers why would you need me to verify my info?? NOPE.. Never got anything in the mail not paying crap.. come and arrest me honey!

Ive been getting these same calls but I've been enjoying them. I call them back using a strong middle eastern accent and they get so pissed off because I act totally confused and stupid.

Total scam! I called back and a ghetto ish voice answered and couldn't identify themselves. If you have a warrant, they'll physically serve you the papers and NOT call. Stupid scammers!

I got the same message . After they gave me my third and finale call. They called me today so who ever gets calls from this number don't even answer the phone they r trying to scam people

Same crap. Unfortunately I fell for this once a few years ago and paid $500. This is a BS scam. They leave harassing messages. I have no clue how they got my number. I know they're only doing this to do a scam. They tried it in my best friend also. It's crap. People need to be aware of what's going on and research. Because the people calling are com artists using a cell phone. I just block them.

I have had calls before and I had to contact the attorney gen. Office but these people hide who and where they r. Scam Scam Scam

When I tell them to send me paper work then I don't here back only more calls to take me to court . So let them try I will be waiting. These people r so nasty when they call.
