These are real scum bags. We have gotten calls over the last five years in waves. We tell them no thanks and put us on the do not call list but they call back after several months. They recently called several times with their caller ID blocked: those calls are automatically blocked. We then add the new phone # to our call block list software and then they get a new number months later. They are real scum bags. And their product is a scam.

I have been receiving calls from a few different people at this organization for over a year.  They keep on calling for my boss and my boss DOES NOT want to speak with them.  I have asked politely on numerous occasions to be removed from their list, yet they persist in calling.  They are rude, deceitful, pushy, and frequently hang up on me.    Their behavior is extremely unprofessional and I wish they would get the hint one of these days that we will NEVER EVER EVER buy an ad from them due to their unprofessional behavior.  If they acted with a bit of professional respect, it might be a different story.

Would you have a copy of your advertiser terms and conditions? I have been made to understand that Faircount media does NOT make or allow for provision of termination of advertiser agreement/order acceptance of any kind for any reason.  I find this hard to believe as mostly every publisher I have ever worked with has made provision for termination with notice etc etc.
