Many calls ---- at all times of the day from this number..... STOP CALLING.

I received a call from them this morning, did not answer and they left no message. After finding out it was Superior Heating/Cooling calling, I said to myself, "Oh, no." They are  notorious in my subdivision, way overcharging on new HVAC installations. Some found out too late, but at least one got a quote from a well-regarded local HVAC vendor and for the exact brand/model/size, were quoted $2300 less!! That said, it's ones responsibility to get several quotes for expensive work such as this. Buyer beware.

I will not be getting any calls from them in the future as my internet/phone/cable provider provides a "call forwarding" service for numbers that you designate.  These calls, among many others, forward to Google Voice where they will be intercepted and marked to receive the "no longer in service" message.  Google Voice is fantastic and free.  It's the best, no-hassle way to stop telemarketers cold.  

I am on the DNC list yet they called me,  looking at all the complaints I am reporting them.

Get calls from theses turkeys everyday. Don't answer because it is a telemarketer taking up my time and using my phone to conduct their business. The do not call lists are an absolute joke.

They call me on my cell over and over. I'm on do not call list also!

I received a call from them (Superior Heating and Cooling).  I reported it to the state and got back a letter saying that they either had a business relationship with me or I had requested information from them.  I responded to the state that both statements were false.  I have never used them for service and have not made any service inquires to them.  I use another person to service my A/C and they have no business relationship with Superior.

I got more follow up indicating that the person who had first responded on behalf of the state will follow up with her supervisor and they will take another look at the company. Remember if you except the first response, i.e. the business relationship, and DO NOT respond, the state will close the case.  Be polite but persistent.

Called me too - 7/12.  I know I will never use them - especially since a message on another phone complaint board stated that they tried to rip off some elderly folks!!

I have a cellular TracFone and I don?t answer unknown numbers as I get charged for every call I pick up.  At 9:17 AM today I received yet another call from 813-854-3449.  They have also called on 7/5/2013, 7/9/2013 and 7/10/2013 which I reported and four times in 2012. This morning I gave up and answered the call from Jerry at Superior Heating and Cooling Mgmt., Inc., 785 Dunbar Ave., Oldsmar, FL 34677.  He was phishing for business and said Superior Heating and Cooling was going to be in our mobile home park and would like to set up an appointment to inspect our air conditioning unit.  I told them that I have never have done business with Superior Heating and Cooling and that I didn?t want them calling me.   I further started to tell Jerry that my cell phone is registered on the national Do Not Call List but he hung up on me.

Another day and another call from Superior Heating and Cooling Mgmt., Inc., 785 Dunbar Ave., Oldsmar, FL 34677.   Guess this company just won't give up!

he did the exact same thing to me!!! he was beyond rude when i said thank you but we are not interested,and then he asked to speak with my husband, since he could better understand the technicalities and importance of cleaning the system. i said no, please remove us from your list, and he said "why don't you want to save $48 bucks?" i said again, we are not interested, and he said "i need your name and address to remove you from the list." um, no, no you don't. you need the phone number that you just called. he argued, and i hung up. he then proceeded to call 5 more times in the next 15 minutes!!!! i have of course reported him and the company/number to the ftc, bbb, and i am on the national dnc list....but creepy much???

I have told these people on numerous occasions to take my name off their call list but it doesn't seem to work.  I'm getting really disgusted.  If I get one more call, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau for harassment!

I am tired of telling this rude individual, Nick, to STOP calling me.  I will be pressing charges against you and your employee if you fail to do something about the calls.    Yesterday, 7/18/12 he called three times within 20 minutes. Looking at all the other complaints I think this guy gets "off" on harassment.  He definitely is not a plus to your organization!

Called yesterday and said they were "in the area" providing "electric services" which could save us 70% a month on our bill and give a big tax credit if we let them do a demonstration. I said thanks, but we weren't interested. Fellow got EXTREMELY rude and started talking louder and louder saying I just didn't understand, and if I let them come by we WOULD be interested, kept talking over me and finally said maybe he should "speak to the man of the house instead". He kept talking, I just said, "No thank you, sir, have a good day" and hung up. NOT the best sales tactic. Called again today too.

I have a cell-phone and I do not answer unknown numbers.  Superior Heating and Cooling in Tampa, FL 33635 called today and did not leave a message.  This is the 4th time they called my phone this year.  My phone number is registered on the national Do Not Call List and I reported this call to them.  I wonder if they are just trying scam people like us!

Superior Heating and Cooling repeatedly calls me 1-3 times daily. I have told them I am on the do not call list, to please stop calling, remove my name and tel. no ffrom their listing. I have told them they are a nuisence and they are harrassing me.  All to no avail. I will also report them to the BBB.
They are only interested in sales.  Usually people in our community who do use them end up having to buy a new a/c. Use caution with this company.

this number called my mother in law and insulted her, the guy's name was 'Nick' if this guy works in your company please advice him to stop calling. or we will be pressing charges against your company.  this is an insulting call, and it happened twice.

Yup, they call us at home, and now I find they have my cell number!!   We also registered all our numbers on the DNC register.  Maybe they can't read!

They keep calling.  I have told them in the past to stop.  Apparently they will just keep calling anyway.  This time the caller ID said the name was unavailable.  That is probably because I don't pick up when I see the name.  I live in a camper and don't have a system which I have told them in  the past.  Maybe they are hoping I got one in the meantime.  I only got the name by Googling the number.

I apologize that you feel that we tried to take advantage of your parents but I promise you that is not our intention and that if you had called in we would have taken every step possible to rectify the situation. We are not out to scam anyone & word of mouth is our best advertisement. We have been in business 20 years & have an A+ rating with the BBB.
We do everything we can to comply with the National DNC list but sometimes things fall through the cracks. We are not perfect but we strive everyday to provide the best service possible. I apologize again if we have upset you in any way & wish you the best with your AC company!

I did!  Your company calls me monthly if not more and I have informed them I am on the do not call list and it does absolutely no good. They are trying to SELL heating & cooling system check-up/tune-up/servicing. If you let them come out they will say they found other problems or actually create a problem. By the way, this company went to my parents house "to service " their A/C and tried to scam them. They now use our A/C man. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!

Superior Heating called and hung up on answering machine.  We are on the Do Not Call list and never did business with this caller in the past.

Superior Heating and Air Conditioning calls me approx. every other day wanting to service our air conditioner. I asked them nicely to stop calling at first, then I threatened to report them for harassment if they kept calling.  They called back within 10 minutes after that!!

This company keeps calling my number also.  Also on the DNC list.

I apologize if our company has called you after you have asked them to stop calling. If they continue to call, please contact me and I will make sure you are taken off our call list. Thank you!

They call every morning and we tell them to take us off the list of callers.
They keep calling. someone is calling us back privately and not telling us why.
