I called it back and Yeap its Delbert Services. Calls all day from different numbers and states. This number never leaves a message. The other numbers its the same message from the same voice all day long. I have tried talking to them and making arrangments they are not willing to work with you. So I just don't try anymore. Just don't answer the phone.
