Also when I first got my new cell I use to get calls for the previous owner of my new cell number with this exact message...then I've answered and asked why they were calling and the man started swearing at me so is did the same back and he said something on the lines of I hope Ur family dies and suffers and I'm not racist at all but I started saying racist things back about his camel and the US should blow up his country again...haven't had a call back since then until today...but it was for someone else...and actually I live in the 814 area code in PA...yes its a big part of PA...but that's Deff not where they r calling from like I said in the last post above I've gotten these calls before...same guy..diff name each time...same message...diff numbers...same b***s*** each time...

I just recived a call from this number also...I've also have gotten the same exact call from other numbers tracing back to California....I think they r using some sort of number spoofing program to call people...

I am so glad to hear that Im not the only one.I have gotten so many calls on my cell and at work for a pay day loan they say I owe. checked my records and i dont see how.I asked 5 different people to send me the paper work for said loan and to stop calling me.they said they did nt have it and wanted my social to verify. M y response was no!!!!!!! I TOLD THEM TO GO TO HELL. Then I was told the arrest warrant was on the way and "THE  LOAN COMPANY WAS GOING TO @#%$ ME IN THE @%#"

THEY CALL ME AT WORK AND ON MY CELL.  A CRAIG WILLIAMS*** DON'T KNOW WHO IS HIS THE ALLEGED FAX # IS A CELL # IN SAN DIEGO?????

I just got two calls from this number and this time it was a female calling saying all the same stuff.  The second time she called I told her I have already contacted the federal authorities and local authorities about this scam.  They have called my cell, my wife's cell, my work and my lan line at home.  This CRAP needs to stop.

i got a call from this number about a week ago and then yesterday and they have called me 3 times today. when i told them on the last call that they were most likely calling about the same thing as the day before and i never took a loan out, the person responded by asking if he had said it was about a loan? and then told me i was getting smart with him and he was not going to give me any information. and hung up on me. if i knew how to report them i would!

Received a call from a guy who said that I took out a pd loan and I hadnt.He said a lawsuit was being filed against me and I need to have an attorney.He kept telling me to admit to taking out this loan and he would tell me when it was received and where it was sent too.I know I never took out any loans,so I got upset started to curse him out he told me dont call back the number that an investigation team will come to my home and he hung up.I tried calling  back but the phone didnt ring,also tried to get an address but the operator said it wasnt listed in the directory.

Its like all the previous posts were listening to my phone cal!!!  Just got the same call from the middle eastern sounding man...one time his name was Greg, next time it was Gary.  One time he called and I tried sounding mean...he started screaming at me, then when I was silent for a moment, he decided to quiet down. Everytime I said something though, he was try to talk over me.....not a good thing to do to me!!  When I asked for a superviser, he asked why and when I said it was not his concern, he said it was impossible to transfer me.  A few months ago, the same man tried calling me and saying I was approved for a payday loan that I never applied for.....was told he had my paperwork in front of him.  I told him he was full of crap and that I could hear the other scammers in the background!   CAREFUL....ITS A SCAM AND NOTHING MORE!!!

We keep receiving these calls from this number also & believe it is a scam. Please be very careful. They tell us that we need to call them or have an attorney call them. I can hardly understand them & believe they my be Asian.

I've been getting calls from this number all day on my cell and office phone. When I finally picked up, there was a guy with an accent (asian, I believe) who told me that I needed to hold for his supervisor. The supervisor gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that I have a lawsuit against me and did I know anything about it. I said no, what is it in reference to? He says that I should know. He then goes into the payday loan story. And I asked him what company was the loan through. He said 'payday loan'. I told him yes, I do have a loan out, but it's not through that company and it's paid up. He then said that he would be contacting my employer to take my paycheck. We argued for a bit and I told him not to call my phone anymore with his B.S. He hung up.

I checked in with my bank b/c someone tried to hack my account a few months back. They recommended that I contact my HR dept in case someone tried to scam and garnish my wages and to contact my local PD.

These people are a scam and they will try to scare you. Just tell them they're full of s*** and that you're calling the cops if they harass you again.

They called my phone and left a message.  When I called back he demanded to know what phone number I was contacted on.  When I refused he got really rude and said "give me the damn number".  Who these people are or how they got my number is beyond me.

i received a call from this number saying I took a pay day loan and did not repay it. No i did not take a loan out. They said something about needing to get a lawyer and they were sending documentation to my employer for payment.

Just got a call at work from 1-8143472006 guy named Andy Williams, stating I owed money to a company I never heard of. When I asked for the direct number to the States Attorney office in PA he could not provide it and I asked for his I.D. number he didn't respond then he hung up..
People be careful.

I just called this number and asked for their information so I could file a complaint against them, and the guy (who you cannot understand to begin with because he doesn't  speak very good English), so ok, you can file your complaint and I will just send it back and then he hung up.

I just got a call on my cell phone and my work (3 times!).  "John Smith" said his supervisor wanted to talk to me could I hold.  I told him no and to stop calling.   I hung up and he called back, said nothing, then called back and said he would send all paperwork to me.  While I had applied for a payday loan, I never went through with it so I owe no one anything, never signed the paperwork.  I work for an attorney, so let them try to mess with me!!!  They tried to call  me from another number two weeks ago!

Craig is the person that called me stating he was an lawyer ..that I was being suied!! About a payday loan that I have NEVER RECEIVED! !!!!! when I told him I didn't know what he was talking about he began yelling! !!!!!! I hung up he called back!!! "B*****D! !!

Just got a call at my work number, the person asked for me, I asked what was it in regards to, he said a debt and that he was calling from a lawyer's office. He could barely speak English, and you could hear noise from the call center he was calling from in the background.  He said that it was a sensitive matter regarding a lawsuit against me.  I told him, "oh really, well that couldn't be!"  He said "how do you know this?"  I told the guy cause you are another scam collection call, now get off my phone and don't call anymore!  I hung up!  I checked my home voice mail, and he left a message there too!  

This is the third call, I've gotten over the past month, and I'm sick of it!  So now every time they call, I log a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry, FCC, and my State Attorney General.

They called my cell phone and my work and told me I would be receiving a supeona at work and to wire them the money and they would call it off.  I tried calling back and the same thing happened as with everyone else--call was dropped or rang and rang.  I contacted legal services through my work and they advised me to tell them I would send no money and would see them in court.  I haven't heard back for about a month and a half and just started receiving calls again.  DON'T send them anything!!!

Someone called by the name of andy jones threatening me that if i dont pay the company back that i will get arrested. He soubded middleeastearn and he was very aggressive kept saying goodluck. Called back and nothing and the  when he did pick up he was very angry. Its a scam.

I received a call from 814-347-2006.  The guy's name was Craig Williams and sounded middle eastern.  I had PD loans that I had already paid back so I asked him what company was he referring to, he could not tell me.  Very threatening tone when speaking with him so I hung up.  When I tried to call the number back, it keeps dropping or just rings and rings.  I think they flag your number in some way.  Stay away from this scam!

This phone number and company is scam. They request payment regarding false debt. I received phone calls from this company a few months ago but they stopped. Now they are starting back up again and even calling my job. As soon as I stated I was going to report them to the FBI he hung up and has not called back

Abbi I had the same call. Several times and I never even took a loan out. These people just dont stop. They had also called my work place. They didnt get anything from me either.

They called & left a message saying I needed an attorney. This is an investigation & they wanted money. I have no idea who they are, They have called several times.  Scammers of course. How they have information on me is beyond me. Said they would come to my home with a warrant for my arrest if I didnt comply. Person who called Steven Wright thats what he said his name is.

When I got to work today, the receptionist gave me a message from some man named Patrick Davis from the State Atty office. I called the number and it kept dropping. When it did get through a middle eastern man supposed named Craig Williams wouldnt verify what company was calling and needed my name and phone number. I have been through this before. This is a scam tell them to kiss your a** and die.

I believe that this person who called me from 8143472006 is a scam about 4-5 months ago I received another call from a lady who left the exact same message word for word they just changed the name of who they where they called and left a message about how I or my lawyer needs to call them back ASAP and all they can do is if I don't call back is wish me good luck... Yes I did do a loan online and that is what they are calling about saying the when they tried to get the payments back but was true Ted from the bank so now I will be contacted by authority to go to jail and I will be in trouble with my work by plowing my job well here's the funny thing my loan is already been paid back in full plus I called the company I did the loan with and they said they had no problems... Ha nice try don't give any info. About yourself they will pretend that they have your ssn when they only have your last four from coping and pasting information the stole online... Beware of them they will try to get as much money as possible from you over the phone.
