I received 2 calls yesterday from Kirby claiming my friend gave them my number.Told them I am on DNC list and they called back again,called main office and she was a rude thing,wanted my address,said what does that have to do with my cell number.And today I received 2 more even after telling lady to put my # on their list.

It's Kirby carpet cleaning. Their call center is based out of Joliet. I only heard bad things. Not with the cleaning but about their tactics and sales pitch.

Got a call from them today. I did not answer. Also getting calls from 815-280-5248. I am assuming it is Kirby Vacuums, like other people on the site have said.

I received a call on my cell phone from 815-280-5831. I did not answer the call. I looked up the number on the Internet and saw where it came from. No message was left on my voicemail. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize unless they leave me a voicemail message.

I've gotten several calls, finally answered today. They claim my friend "Ann" gave them my name, but they couldn't read her last name. After her sales pitch, I asked again who gave them my info, and she said it really didn't matter if I didn't know who it was, I was still qualified to receive the offer. I asked to be taken off their sales call list, and she said rudely "uh-huh" and hung up. I will certainly NEVER purchase anything from Kirby, clearly they don't handle rejection too well. :)

they call a ton of times a day never leave any messages nor answer when i do pick up the phone.

I got a call from Kirby Carpet Cleaning with a very rude sales person who went on and on and I eventually needed to hang up on them because they wouldn't let me speak/respond. Interestingly they did identify as being referred from a couple that m wife and I know, and told us how happy they were with their service. Very odd if you ask me.
