Will call at random times throughout the day & leaves a "hang up" on the voicemail. Called back & it rang & rang.

Its Kirby Vacuum Telemarketors the sooner u answer the phone the sooner they stop calling. Dont say not interested they will likely call back the best advice i can give u is mess with them thats what i did and they stopped calling me quick
