I don't have a home phone and have not had one for years, especially with AT&T. Trying to collect on something i never had, then they called me by my husbands ex wife, lol. She gave my cell as hers now they have her cell, her boyfriends and both their work numbers.

They have a "if you are" option, and after a ridiculous amount of efforts to tell them,"...you have the wrong phone number", they just want to argue.  They have the wrong number!

Multiple calls from this and other last-four-digit-variant-numbers per day - always around 8:30 a.m., 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.  They won't leave a message.  It's Southwest Credit Systems, trying to collect an (in this case) invalid debt on behalf of AT&T.  Hope this helps!
