They call and don't say anything. Than when I call back it rings than goes busy.

I've been getting calls from this number for the last two days.  When I answer, no one says anything.  When I call it back, either it rings four times or so and then I get an off hook message or it does not ring at all.  I've tried looking it up in the reverse directory, but it says it is a private number and I don't feel like paying for the information ($9.99) for the caller's name.  This is so frustrating!!!

This number called me today saying they were with publishers clearing house and that I had 60 months free bonus magazines. I told the lady who said her name was Carmen that I didnt subscribe to that but she said I didnt have to pay anything she just needed to verify my address. I didnt give her one so she gave me an address she said she had on file which was a hotel I stayed at for a few months. How in the world could she have gotten the hotels address?? This is freaky -- let alone how would she know my cell phone number??? I tries to call it back later but I just get silence and then a phone off the hook dial tone. I seriously think this is very strange and so illegal.
