I have been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for the past week. They never leave messages.

Called here, but no one there when I picked up: a sure sign of a predictive dialer set to agressive mode.

This number has called 3 times today. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I am going to block the number but they probably have multiple lines.

I did not answer. No message left.

This company provides call research/survey polls for clients.

So not really a sales pitch (perhaps this is why they call numbers on the dnc list), but still perhaps a bit annoying.

this # called 3/26 at 4:18pm and did not leave message. How did they get my # that is on the do not call list. I won't waste my time on any type of survey regardless of what it is for.

Saw the call on my caller ID....name Survey Research..my CID Manager sent it to my answering machine. No message left. MY number is unlisted and on the Do No Call list. Since left no message, I set my CID Manager to not answer the number anymore at all. My phone will not ring if they call again. Like one person said here, leave a message and if I want to take the survey I will call you back.

I answered the call the second time and it was a research company about pet food.  I asked where they got my number and they stated it was random.  I asked them not to call again.

...come to think of it, I wish I'd asked him where he got my phone number. *Shrug*

So reading that is was a survey on pet food, I went ahead and answered it when they called back later this evening. I was happy to answer their questions. The only weird thing was that this time... they made the phone number unavailable to caller i.d. The "unavailable" ring made me think it was another organization which I volunteer for. But since he told me what he was doing, I went ahead and answered his questions. It took 5 minutes. =)

Same these others; this number has called more than once, never leaving a message. I'm not paranoid, just appreciate my peace, quiet, and privacy. If it's a survey, they'd be better off leaving me a message stating it's a survey, and informing me they'd try back again (not again and again). I'd be happy to answer it the next time, being fully aware of what it was. Otherwise, good luck getting me to answer a phone call from a place I've never been that never leaves messages. You're an annoying ghost to me.

ok. i was working today, i got 5 call's from them in the mass of about five hours. no messages. who the hell  is this

I just called back this number 816-442-1010 and it's a marketing company doing a survey on pet food.

Has called 3 times in the last two days, no message ever.

it appears to be an applied market research firm in Kansas.

i just got a call from them they seem to be from missouri. i dont know anyone from missouri. i googled the number this was the 1st site that came up. i hate when that happens.
