I got a call this morning. When I answered the female representative said she was calling from a recorded line. When I asked for her name and company, we were disconnected. She did not call back.

This number keeps calling my phone and never says anything when answered or leaves messages with our answering service. I want them to stop calling.

This is a creditor. They a using an auto dial system with caller id set by their number listings. If you call the number back they will answer with an immediate request for the person they have associated with that number.
