call came in at 7:59pm I said Hello. No one was there, two tones sounded, then nothing. What a strange prefix 145? The area code was 817. I hate this. Who ever heard of a 145 Prefix! Then I went to voicemail, as it beeped with a message after I hung up, to check the message...no one there either...?????

Yea, strange, I had never seen this caller id before.  The name said "Name Not Found" on the ID.  They didn't leave a message.
