This number keep calling me on my work phone! It's RUDE!

Received call on February 28, 2009. Got a call from this number on my cellphone.  A fax machine could be heard trying to connect.  It hung up after about 30 seconds.

Same here. May 15, 2009 at 11:10am. Just a fax tone calling on my main biz phone.

I agree I am sick of these people calling all the darn time.  What can we do to stop these people calling all the time.

This number, and a string of others, has called us as well.  Recommend filing a Junk Fax 1088 Form with the FCC.

me too did you find out who it is or is it some kinda scam

calls periodically from 817 area code using different number and emits a fax tone. cannot reach anyone when i try calling back ..al i get is signal which sounds like numbers bewing dialoed and then it goes silent.  i am also on the do not call list and such calls should be in violation of the do not call list policies. please help find this caller and prosecute for violating the laws.

This number keeps calling my work phone trying to send a fax.  It is VERY VERY annoying, and when I tried to call the number on my caller ID, it never goes through to anyone.  The caller ID lists the caller as Protege Services and the area code shows that they're calling from the Fort Worth, TX area.
