I get this call too several times a day. I don't answer it because if it is a robo dial and it senses a good number it will continue to call.

Called me this evening at home about 7 PM. Caller ID said "Out Of Area", which is weird since I'm in the 817 area code. I said "hello" several times and a "Kim", with a distinct Indian or Pakistani accent tried to sell me some security system crap.

This is a company called Tex-LInk Communications in Arlington Texas. I have the number blocked and they still keep calling

Received a call from this number and they were selling a security system. It was a local call (817) so I thought it was someone I knew. I could barely understand what they guy was saying so I told him that I had a security system and was not interested in changing. He would not shut up so I finally told him that I was trying to be polite and I am not interested. He got the message and said good bye. I figured if I was polite, they would not call me again. Being not polite in the past, I have gotten a lot of hang up calls from the same number.
