I had purchased the insurance that will cover the total cost of replacement for the car if you had an accident.  They are still trying to collect an amount that they say is still owed because they sent the wrong payoff amount to the insurance company when I was in accident and totalled the car.  They are still trying to collect $99 4 years later.  I told them to contact the insurance company and work it out.

Well, if this is Americredit calling they can go screw themselves. I made an arrangment with them too and they picked up my car that very day. This was over two years ago. They can go hang themselves for all I care. They were always the rudest people I have ever dealt with and they did not leave a message or number to call back.

Americredit calling trying to collect on a car they repoed from me after I had entered into a deal that was supposedly going to bring my account up to current.  I made the payment and the lady never followed through with the deferment.  Next thing I know, my car is picked up 3 days before Christmas.  I call and explain, and they say well we have to go with what we see in our system.  Now, they want me to pay up the rest????  Worst finance company I have ever dealt with!
