I got a text today from this number and called AT&T. Since they change numbers often it's hard to block them all. It's spam.

I received a text yesterday from these people. I reported them to DoNotCall.gov since my cell phone has been listed for two years. I too blocked their number but they probably will use another one to send more annoying texts.

Called ATT and they said they could do nothing, even though its an ATT cell number....
my only choice is to block the number... problem is they change their sending number frequently...
mine are all calling from an 817 area code near Fort worth.

Actually I got a text on my cell phone with the title Do you need some money this week". It goes on to say that www.1500cashvip.com has a 2 minute loan form.
It also suggests that I reply with "stop" to unsub.
I would suggest that you delete the text immediately. If you reply you'll be inundated with texts from them and everyone they sell your phone # to!
Got a very similar one from 4808231867 in May.
