I did recieved many call from this number and I can here only fax tone.

called my phone 6 times in a minute and 30 seconds when i called the number back it gave 3 options dial parties extension local party through directory or press 3 for help when 3 was pressed it just repeated the message when i pressed 2 i rambled off a 5 digit number funny it said its been disconnected so now they are calling again as i write this 4th time since i started typing and when i answer its a fax. this is a fraud situation everyone beware!

This number keeps calling my number and I do not know who they are.

I work for CitiFinancial Auto and this is a very common issue.  There are numerous reasons your phone number is being called looking for someone else. The best advice I can give is to write down the name of the person they leave on your answering machine, hopefully they leave a first and last name because when you call we are able to look the name up.  The company is extremely large and there is no way to search by the home phone number unless it is listed as a primary contact (home/work).

I am too constantly getting a call from this number. It sounds like a fax machine, b/c when i pickup it only beeps at the other end.  I have called CitiFinancial and no one has helped me.  Any other advise on how to stop it.

Several calls.  Several people they ask for.  The calls come from 817-835-3000 and the 888-433-5107 ext 42402 is the call back number.  On one call the caller had a problem remembering what name to use.  She had the nerve to leave a message.  The call never tells exactly what it is that she wants except she is calling in reference to another person.  No company name or business reason.  I never pickup or return the calls.

From some of the posted mesage and the messages that are left at my number-- Sound like ID fraud to me.  Check you credit records/reports.

This caller called at an unusually odd time of the morning.  The caller had my name, stammerd a lot like they didn't know what to say next.  Then asked me if I knew ??? Pena (I don't remember the first name - I think Joe).  I said no and he stated the Mr. Pena had listed me as a contact person for him.  Supposed this guy was from a financial company.
