These calls from 817 928 1516 are irritating.  They just keep repeatedly calling, never leaving messages.  AT&T says there is no way to block these calls.

They called and didn't leave a message on my answering machine.

They keep calling me and I don't know the person they are calling for.

No message left.  I called and got a recording that said they were credit management and I should go online to pay them.  I have good credit and think they are looking for the person who had my number before I got it.

I have received calls fro several different numbers with this exchange. They call at all hours and several times each day and never leave a message. This is very irritating!

I answered and they asked for my husband. I asked what the call was about and the guy asked me to verify my address and he would transfer me to someone else. I told him I wasn't giving him any information until he told me the reason for the call. He responded by telling me they would call back at a more convenient time and then hung up on me.

This number (817) 928-1516 calls my home twice daily. This is harassment of the worse kind. I don`t owe no one from this (817) 928-1516 and this must end. This is a month old now.

They called me at seven in the  morning, I answered to hear music.  I stayed on, they asked for someone I don't know or have ever known.  When I told them this had been my number for the last ten years they started to interogate me about this kelsy woman they were looking for.  I have no idea who this woman is and when i asked them where they got my number they refused to answer.  Finally they said they would remove my number off her account.

I dialed back the number and encountered a recorded message identifying themselves as Credit Management.

Called 817-928-1516 back and got, "Thank you for calling debt management.  Foe English, please stay on the line..."

They call twice a day and never leave a message.

Not that it's the best idea to ignore debt collectors, but that is precisely what I do with these guys. They only have my cell number (thank God) and after a few weeks of getting multiple calls a day, at all hours, including SUNDAY mornings, I finally downloaded a free Android app from the Play store called Mr.Number. It allows me to block their calls, and I am no longer annoyed by them, no matter how many times they call. You should look into getting this app yourself.

As said by everyone above me, these people never leave a message, and have never given me the chance to talk with anyone. I have answered at least 5 times, and have never heard anything but silence.

They also collect for charter communications... :(

817-928-1516: the exchange 928 is a landline going to GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES, INC.FORT WORTH, TX.  The disclaimer on the recording is 'This is an attempt to collect a debt'....blah blah blah...my guess; A Third party collection agency some original company sold accounts to for some frivolous debt collection.  These folks have no idea who they're calling and don't leave a message for that reason PLUS they are likely aware that they call more times in one period of time than the law likely allows.  Harassment is illegal, good folks, friends and neighbors.  

Ditto here.  If it's important, they'll leave a message.  They're not getting anywhere if they don't.  Have no idea why they are calling.

I am not positive, but I have a good idea that the number belongs to Santander Finance. Reason I say this, is because everytime Santander calls amd I miss the call, the 817 number calls within 2 minutes. Just sayin

I've got calls from this number between the hours of 3:00am-6:00am in the morning!!

If they're legit, they should leave a message. Harassment is against the law, I've had enough.

No idea who this number belongs too.  They call every day at least twice a day.  I find this very suspicious, they leave no message.

No idea who is calling; they call multiple times a day and never leave a message. I've tried to call back and get nothing but hold music. I do not answer the phone if I don't know who's calling. I assume if it's important, they should leave a message!

These people call two or three times a day but never leave a message!  How annoying!

They are with Credit Management - Debt Collector... They call and then hang up... I have no idea why they're doing that...  Probably a minimum wage employee just putting in their tally of dailty phone calls they're supposed to do... But they never leave a message.  I just block them...

Answer it once and they said they are a debt collector and put me on hold, so I hung up after 5 min of holding
