Have been getting these calls for over a month. No one answers on their end. Caller I.D. says Unipoint Holding.

i get calls at LEAST twice a day and I don't even answer them... I reject them every single time and they never leave a message...they just keep calling and calling and calling for at least 2 months now... you would think they would give up since i have never answered.

stop calling me I don't know you and you don't know me. LEAVE ME ALONE.

Called me at work, claimed to be calling from "Who's Who Among Lawyers," presumably hoping to get you to buy it. I told him this was a busy time, but could I call him back later.  He said he would call me back later and hung up.  They've called, I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

I called the number back and got through to the Grand Hyatt Hotel In Washington,DC they are aware that these morons are calling us and said to call the FCC and IC3 and report as soon as they call you which i have now twice since they have called from two different numbers since first call

Has called our business office two or three times recently.  Hangs up when he cannot get the party he is asking for - thick Indian accent.

Call came from Burbank, California to Kansas 17:32 hours CST on 9-6913. Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said "Unavailable".

Called me at my work. Said he was with Who's Who of 2013. Asked if I worked at ______ (my workplace). I told him yes and said that I wasn't interested in being listed. He probably went to my work's website (which is public) and took down the names and phone extensions of all the employees listed. SCAM.

Over the last 4 months the Law Firm I own has been receiving calls from 818-206-1206. The person calling is a 'Patrick' who specifically asks to speak with one of our staff. When I inform him that person is not available he hangs up. When I call back the call does not connect or go through.
Very harassing and a waste of time for a company phone number to be placed on this calling list.

I keep getting these dam calls from this number, no messages left but I have tried to return call and nobody answers! They call 3 or 4 times a day sometimes, getting annoyed!

Welcome to Indian and Pakistani telemarketers who have access to the internet.   They troll looking at Facebook, Linked IN and any other site you post information publicly.    That along with some mild search engine work - voila - they have your basic info.

Some of these idiots ARE dumb as a stump - but there are a few that may hold advanced degrees in telemarketing with a minor in cyberstalking.    They're all irritating, annoying and most are calling illegally.

It would be nice if the telecommunications companies would ban foreign companies and individuals from being able to use USA caller ID info on outbound calls - and I'm certain that some slick programmer could write something that would be able to discern a foreign IP address and DNS material to be able to stop the calls before they reach their intended targets (you and I).   Something as simple as when lots of outbound calls originate from one country (like India) and one location (like a boiler room operation)  going to multiple numbers in another country (like the USA) forcing a quick check of the caller ID to see if the number on the caller ID is valid, if not all calls are stopped with that faked ID info contained in the caller ID field.

It should be a felony to fake caller ID info.  

Or perhaps the FTC should prosecute those companies that are HIRING these Hindi / Pakistani firms to generate leads for them?

Since you can't go after the call centers since they are located outside of the USA, make those who are responsible for paying these baboons and those that benefit from the calls liable for damages or subject to prosecution.  Its obvious that the current laws are a joke and these companies make 10's of millions of dollars while paying a few thousand in fines and fees - the math there is a no-brainer, just like the guys who constantly call us.

Someone will make themselves very rich if they can figure a way to block the telemarketing baboons at their source.

I've had calls from this number over the past month - some have been for "mortgage modification schemes" and others have been from someone with an India accent claiming to be from "USA Home Exteriors" looking for people who need siding, windows or roofing jobs done.

This looks as if it is a Pakistani or India based call center generating "leads" to sell to many different types of businesses.    A quick Google search for lead generation companies will reveal a whole host of these turds looking for businesses to pay them for aggravating the rest of us.

If I have the time, I let the pitchman set an appointment with their "contractor in my area" and then when they call I express my displeasure with how they conduct their business and let them know in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that I DO NOT appreciate being harassed by their choice of telemarketer when I have EXPRESSLY opted out by placing all of my numbers on the Do Not Call List.

The last baboon that illegally called me sold my info as a lead to a Home Depot located about an hour from my home - I called them on it.  They were very nice, but I made it quite clear I would not tolerate any further calls from their Hindi telemarketing firm.

Multiple calls to my work number (listed on our directory) over a few weeks. I answered today- he claimed to be from "Who's Who of" the industry we are in. Asked to confirm my name and position (had both right). Didn't confirm, asked him to call later, blocked number.

this is a spam number and it needs to be disconnected. i get messages on my work voicemail every day from someone calling from this number. they ask for my former colleague who no longer works here. they don't seem to understand how voicemail works, which is weird and annoying. they seem to think that my voicemail is actually a person picking up.

This is so annoying and you can't understand a thing they say.  They do however have my name which is weird and how do they get this info.  Spam

called my business line claiming to be from "Who's who legal directory".  Guy with an odd accent (he sounded like a robot) confirmed my name and contact information then wanted me to do a survey.

Guy with accent called, would not identify himself.  I yelled at him and he hung up.

Called my business line - they knew my name and all.  The guy had a very heavy accent. I won something.  When I heard I won something, couldn't contain myself and just hung up.  Spam.

8/1/13  19:40 -  call to landline from 818-206-1206 - ID = "unknown caller"  so didn't answer.  Connects to voicemail on 4th ring - no msg.  Assume some solicitation.  Been on every do not call list for years. Rhetorical Q: what does it take to stop calls?   Have not called back - not too keen alerting this is a number that answers.

these guys have been calling me once or twice a day now for a couple of weeks.  They just hang up or, if I do answer, there is just dead air on the line.  I am in Toronto, I have no idea how they got my number.  Very annoying.

Same here, as of July 29/13--at least two calls per day.  I do not answer.

I have received several calls from this number - they should be paying my cell phone bill since they seem to be using it more than I do.  I have just started not answering any call that comes from a number I don't recognize.  Really, should I have to do that.  No, something should be done to keep these people from calling and bothering people.  They need to get a real, respectable job.  Don't answer these numbers -  818-206-1206 or 646-583-0570
